Julia Vaihere Bernut
Julia is a multidisciplinary guide and artist who creates deep, immersive experiences to help people reconnect — with themselves, with each other, and with the Earth.
Her journey began fourteen years ago, when yoga first opened the door to a deeper freedom of movement. It was through yoga that Julia discovered the body’s innate capacity to release, to flow, and to remember its wisdom. Meditation soon followed, teaching her to quiet the mind, explore hidden inner landscapes, rewrite her narrative, and begin the path of true healing.
As her journey evolved, breathwork became a guiding force — an invitation to step beyond the noise of the thinking mind and return to the wisdom of the body and soul. Her first love, dance, eventually rejoined the path: shaking, moving, and expressing through rhythm. These practices became her medicine — tools for navigating life, transforming obstacles into movement, and finding freedom in the heart.
After twelve years away from Tahiti, traveling to places her spirit needed to learn from, Julia came to realize that the deepest healing is not found outside — but within. It meant returning to her roots, to her ancestors, to the land that raised her. It meant forgiveness. Self-love. And the courage to come home.
Based in Tahiti, Julia creates sacred journeys of liberation through somatic tools, breathwork, meditation, and movement — spaces where emotions are freed, the inner light is remembered, and the deep bond with nature is restored. Living on this land, surrounded by ocean and ancestral memory, is part of the medicine she offers.
Her work is guided by a simple, powerful truth: when we heal our hearts, we rise for one another.
When we feel truly at home within ourselves, we can love this planet — and every soul upon it.
Through art, embodiment, and soul connection, Julia is devoted to helping humans remember their essence — so we may move toward a world of compassion, harmony, and love.
