Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams is a guide into personal empowerment through movement, water, and nature. Based in Mesa, Arizona, she is the founder of Desert Paddleboards, awakening the body, reconnecting with the Earth, and rediscovering the soul’s innate strength.

With over 25 years in the world of holistic fitness, Sarah has devoted her life to helping others unlock their full potential through presence, breath, and motion. A certified yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, CrossFit and Parkour coach, and USA Weightlifting trainer, she weaves discipline with joy, challenge with compassion — always returning to the deeper why: to empower.

Her journey began in the world of synchronized swimming, where grace met endurance. Over the years, she coached at the national level, led statewide programs, and continued pushing her own limits — swimming around Alcatraz Island and across the Hudson River. These weren’t just physical feats; they were acts of remembering what the body is capable of when focused healthy spirit leads.

In 2011, she founded Desert Paddleboards as a living invitation to connect — with self, with others, and with nature. Her offerings are experiences of transformation, where the water becomes a mirror, the paddle a tool, and movement a ritual of freedom.

Through Mermaid Fitness, SUP Pups, and the magical Witches Regatta, Sarah brings community together in playful, creative ways — reminding us that movement can be sacred, playful, joyful, and healing all at once.

Her latest creation, Floating Soundbaths, merges sound healing with water, guiding participants into deep states of peace and presence. As a Tahiti lover, she is bringing her high energy and joy to the Tahiti Yoga Festival this October.

Sarah’s story — from elite competitions to national TV shows like America Ninja Warrior, The Amazing Race, and Survivalist — is not about fame, but about courage. She shows us that strength is not just physical; it’s emotional, spiritual, and deeply human.

With every class, event, or encounter, Sarah creates safe, empowering spaces where people are reminded of their wholeness — where movement becomes medicine, and where living fully becomes the practice.

Come experience the magic stillness of Floating Soundbaths at the Tahiti Yoga Festival.
